If you are passing soft, mushy, or non-formed stools on a regular basis, you may have NUTRIENT DEFICIENCIES,
as the food you eat does not have enough time to be properly digested and absorbed.
SO WHAT CAN YOU DO?...
Identify and avoid dietary TRIGGERS (a Naturopath can assist).
Eat plenty of FIBRE (see my post on sources of fibre for constipation).
Rule out disorders that can cause loose stools (e.g. coeliac disease, crohn's, ulcerative colitis).
Drink plenty of WATER to replace fluid lost in stools.
